I’m full up with cold at the moment and my wife prepared me a drink of hot milk, honey and garlic to help me feel better. Suprisingly, it tasted OK!
Garlic is a natural antibiotic so it should work. Why not give it a try?

The mixing of two known cures — honey and garlic — and that works? Well, as you say, why not give it a try? Next time I’ve got a cold — and there’s always a next time — I’ll remember this.

milk creates phlem….. not a good idea…. - honey, garlic -super great - ginger, mint, peppermint and a few others are also good additions including adding onions…
earthclinic.com……. and do not forget the apple cider vinegar - drink this as prescribed at the site 2x a day - cold will be gone like tomorrow!

The perfect treatment. The honey helps you recover, the milk makes you feel better and the garlic makes sure you don’t infect anyone else. Lol.

@Lydia (The Perfect Pantry) - Well it can’t do any harm - only to your breath.
@holistic one…and nurse - Will check out the recommended site - hope there’s something there to help me out!
@Trig - Haha. Unexpected positive effect I guess; raw garlic always seems to do that!

This is the best cold remedy on the market. It’s quite potent and the ingredients are all of the best quality. It’s called Super Force. I’ve been using it for the past several years. I take it at the first sign of feeling a little under the weather. I haven’t been sick in going on two years! I swear by this stuff. http://www.marilynfarms.com/index.php?main_page=mfc_product_edible_info&cPath=65&products_id=62
