Next job, Save Our Bacon (and read more about that here). No, seriously - pigs are intelligent animals and deserve more respect than our farming system can give under the current supermarket price pressures. Go do something.

I never see pigs around here…only cows and chickens. Yet I know they must be because the ham truck comes around periodically - and he’s local.

katie: Perhaps you never see them because unlike in the “good old days” pigs just aren’t farmed outdoors now. They’re reared entirely indoors these days but people just don’t notice.
