This month is the month where I put in the most work into both our allotment and garden. I’ve gone a little too crazy with seeds, filling both our allotment and conservatory – the latter now doubling as a greenhouse.
I’ve been so busy on the allotment recently that I’ve barely had time to cook. It’s at times like these that we look for something quick and easy to fill ourselves up with – and what better than eggs? I can barely think of anything so versatile in the kitchen.
These blueberry “muffins” are really blueberry cupcakes, but are easy and delicious. Well worth a try!
