Tiny vegetable leaves, “micro leaves” are grown similar to cress in small trays lined with tissue paper, cotton wool or similar, and harvested while still small. They look ultra-cool sprinkled sparingly around the edge of a plate or top of a salmon fillet, and are great mixed into salads. Continue reading →
