I love eating game at this time of year – not just because it’s seasonal, but because the dishes made with it are generally delicious comfort food – even more suitable for the sub-zero temperatures, snow and ice engulfing Britain and other countries as I type.
Back in November I challenged you all to come up with a dish featuring Game as the main ingredient for our monthly food blogging Event “In The Bag”. This post is a round-up of the recipes that the more daring among you submitted; a big thank-you to everyone who did so despite the admittedly challenging subject matter!
