Firstly I apologise if this kind of thing doesn’t interest you; you probably read my site for recipes, after all.  If it helps, please consider this article a photograph of a part baked bun which isn’t quite ready to come out of the oven yet.

Hope everyone is healthy and happy. Don’t have to worry about the well fed bit.

Thanks for the congrats. The “well fed” bit is OK now but a couple of months ago my wife didn’t fancy any of the food I wanted to cook :(

Ah. too true. My mate downstairs is 14 weeks and for the last month or so has been insisting that the only things she can eat are FiberBran and McDonald’s cheeseburgers (ew). One would think our bodies would want us to be healthy but it seems not.

        :D

Congratulations and sending your family super-good vibes for the birth. Remember to breathe (out through the mouth and in through the nose), long and slow. If you relax, it will help your partner to relax. Help keep her mobile and upright as much as possible to help the baby come down. I used to be an active / NCT teacher! Good luck, Elisabeth

Plenty of credit to you and the baby, but doesn’t Gosia figure in all this somewhere? And are you sure she hasn’t just swallowed a statuette of Rodin’s “The Thinker”?
