It is always an honour to host the legendary food blogging recipe event “Weekend Herb Blogging” and something I always look forward to doing – even if this time I am extremely late, for which I apologise!

Can you believe that this is the 160th (that’s one hundred and sixtieth) edition?  WHB is surely the longest running food blogging event on the web…
