I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish all of you a very merry Christmas. I’m sure Santa will be bringing you all exactly what you’ve been asking for – if you’ve been good, that is (and if that’s the case then why not let me know what you receive, by way of a comment?).

Nigella's Christmas Puddini Bonbons
The photograph, incidentally, is the result of following Nigella Lawson’s fantastic recipe “Christmas Puddini Bonbons”, from her new Nigella Christmas book / TV series. Basically these little truffles are a combination of Christmas Pudding, sherry and chocolate…perfect for the festive season!
Have a fantastic Christmas everyone!

Thanks. You have my wife to thanks for the delicious looking topping, though.
And a belated but very merry Christmas to you too! These look outstanding – I finally saw a couple of Nigella’s Christmas Kitchen shows on new year’s day with friends and she cedrtainly knows how to make you want to reach for your apron and dash to the kitchen. Might have to give these a go but next Christmas is sooooo long to wait…
Well if you’ve still got any leftover Xmas Pudding you could still give it a bit of a go – but I know the chances aren’t high!
