A bun in the oven!

You know how sometimes you have a recipe which you’ve started but isn’t quite ready yet?  This is one of those…A top secret “bun” recipe which I’ve been working on with my Wife for a while now.

I’m sure you’ll agree that from the photograph it looks just perfect.  It’ll need a little while longer in the oven before it’s ready but I’ll be sure to let you know how it turns out!

I’m not sure I’m going to manage a post for WHB this weekend. I’m taking a bit of a break before I go back to school. I was going to cook something and take photos today but it’s gray and cloudy here. Will come back to see what other people have been cooking though.

So that’s why you’ve been blogging less this year! Congratulations to you and Gosia and get those sour and bitter flavours into the diet as soon as possible.

    20. scott says:

All: Thankyou for your kind good wishes! It means a lot to both me and my Wife, Gosia.

Trig: If I could only get Gosia to keep her food down right now it would be a blessing. She’s either not hungry or decides she’s hungry at crazy times of night…And she’s eating more bananas than a monkey. That does not make for good food blogging!

Thanks for your good wishes though :)

    21. Scott, Congratulations to You and Gosia!!
      Great news :)

    22. farida says:

    24. scott says:

Coffee and Vanilla: Thanks! I’m really excited, actually :D

farida: True. Like a cake you have to be so careful while it’s baking, too!

leigh: Thanks. If I had a pint with me I’d lift it in unison!
