Despite the unexpected but welcome sunshine this weekend Autumn is definitely on its way. In season are various types of fruits including plums, blackberries and apples, with chestnuts making their annual appearance, too. So what could be better for use in our seasonal food blogging event “In The Bag” than the classic combination of fruit and nuts?

The official introduction states “Rosemary’s passion for cooking and teaching makes impressive dishes achievable for the everyday family cook” and certainly seems to be true, reflecting the modern haute cuisine for which she is famous in an educational, down to earth manner.
