Tuesday the 5th of February 2008 is Pancake Day – otherwise known as Shrove Tuesday. You could do an awful lot worse than to check out this great old pancake recipe.

Pancake Day was always celebrated at our home when we were kids. I quite often forget about it myself….so thanks for the reminder.
