Hi all! I’ve not posted for a couple of weeks but there’s no better reason than to tell you that there’s only 2 days left to get in your entry for this months “In The Bag” food blogging event!
This month is a cracker with some great seasonal ingredients. Just prepare a dish of your choice using the following (along with anything else you care to add):
- Forced Rhubarb
- An orange
- Sugar

I would give almost anything (maybe even chocolate) to have some rhubarb, forced, easy or otherwise….sigh….
I even tried planting my own… no luck!
katie: I don’t have rhubarb in my garden – but apparently it’s really easy to grow and needs practically no care whatsoever? I’ll have to try it to find out.
