Some great entries are already rolling in for this month’s DMBLGiT – read more about that here – there’s plenty of time left to enter. Now I need to, could I get a gallery plugin working? Could I hell as like.
Here’s the first of what I have so far – click any thumbnail for the full size image.
Entry #1 – Photo taken by Ellie from Kitchen Wench.
Entry #2 – Photo taken by Sara – Piperita from The Kitchen Pantry.
Entry #3 – ‘Ricotta and Orange Tart’ taken by Andrew from Spittoon Extra. Never heard of the bloke.
Entry #4 – ‘Beet Carpaccio’ taken by Alanna Kellogg from A Veggie Adventure.
Entry #5 – ‘Fennel and Tomato Lasagne ‘ taken by Sophie from Mostly Eating.
Entry #6 – ‘Crepe Cake’ taken by Freya from Writing at the Kitchen Table.
Entry #7 – ‘Brie and Bacon Pasta’ taken by Anne from Anne’s Food.
Entry #8 – ‘Morning Glory Muffins’ taken by Peabody from Culinary Concoctions By Peabody, using a ‘cheapo Nikon Coolpix 4600′. Cheap camera, just like me! (only a hell of a lot more talent).
Entry #9 – ‘Strawberry’ taken by Lydia from My Kitchen (not literally), with a Pentax K100D.
Entry #10 – ‘I rarely name my photos, you can make something up if you so choose’ (hah!) taken by Jef from My Food Geek.
That’s today’s 10. Another 10 tomorrow – they’re rolling in thick and fast!
NOTE: Also check out the food blogging event ‘In The Bag’, closing on 26th of May.

I have to say – I love the preciseness of Ellie’s almonds!
Entry #10 – ‘I rarely name my photos, you can make something up if you so choose’ (hah!)
Ouch. BURN! Next time I’ll be more careful when I ‘name’ my photographs.
Strong start already! Erm, Scott, I wonder if you could change my blog name to Writing at the Kitchen Table (it’s not called Zombie Snack)! Thank you!
I think entry 3 is damn fantastic. No idea who that bloke is either.
All: Thanks for the comments. Beautiful photos from all!
jef: I considered changing it. But then I thought nah, he will have to live with the joke :p
I’m living with it, no problems here.
