Simple things for simple people. This recipe is the ultimate quick fix breakfast or midnight snack – at least in my eyes. And hey – it’s suitable for Vegans, too.
This really needs no recipe, but is still one of the things I go back and eat time and time again, and wanted to share with you all. And it surely makes a refreshing change from all the offal and Bird Flu infected meat I’ve been throwing around lately.
Banana On Toast Recipe – Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Slice of brown bread
- Butter (or Margarine Spread)
Banana On Toast Recipe – Method
- Lightly toast the bread, then spread on one side with butter or margerine.
- Tear the banana into chunks. Begin to flatten onto the toast with the back of fork, continually raking until it has formed a soft puree.
- Ensure the toast is evenly covered.
If it’s not quite sweet enough, drizzle with a little honey. Enjoy!
