peabody: It tastes nothing like, but I can see the resembalance.

Brilynn: It tastes more like a brownie, filled with the cherry and vodka cream. A Black Forest Gateux is usually much softer.

I really like when you post polish recipes I’m not that fond of the “typical Polish” butter creams, but this sounds nice. It must be due to the vodka

Julianne: Some people call it a “Polish Brownie”; it’s not quite *that* dense, but it is denser then a normal cake, and all the more delicious for it.
