South American Recipes

Much of South America is Hispanic, and this influence can be seen almost throughout the continent. Latin America is both vibrant and colorful, and this is echoed throughout both the culture and the food. Chile, the southernmost point of South America, is a complete contrast of styles; a country 4000km long, with the northern most point close to the equator, and the southern most point close to the Arctic!

South American recipes should reflect the vibrant Latin culture, and are best accompanied with some Salsa and Dancing for the truly authentic feel!
